Marc A. Boorstein ([email protected]), CCIM, a principal of MJ Partners, has orchestrated over $2 billion in commercial real estate transactions, including self-storage, industrial, office, retail, and special purpose. His over 25 years of experience in privately negotiated real estate sales, financing, and competitive bid sales has served financial institutions, institutional investment firms, REITs, Fortune 500s, governmental agencies and major developers. Previously, Mr. Boorstein served as a management consultant for Price Waterhouse.
He graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois, and the London School of Economics and Political Science. He served as president of the Realty Club of Chicago, on the Board of Directors for the Illinois Chapter of the Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM), and is a member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate (AIRE).
