Marc’s primary focus is tenant advisory services which include strategic guidance, site selection, financial analysis, and contract negotiation. Representing tenants in a wide range of industries, including government contracting, non-profits, technology, telecommunications, banking, financial services and law, Marc has crafted unique outcomes by sharing trends across this spectrum of industries. His career demonstrates a track record of success. Prior to being acquired by KLNB, Marc founded Edge in 2007, and was previously a Top Producer at Scheer Partners for all four of his years there. Prior to that, Marc developed his commercial real estate foundation as a high-impact part of the tenant representation team at Insignia/ESG (now CBRE) where he developed a proprietary tenant database for the entire Washington, D.C. region. While there, he consistently placed at the top of his peer group for business generation and client satisfaction. Over the last 23 years, Marc has completed more than 1100 lease and sales transactions, comprised of more than 6.2 million square feet and totaling more than $1.3 billion.
