Manuel Perez a graduate of FIU and Qingdao University joined Family Real Estate Business in early 2013. After completing his MBA in 2008, Manuel worked at a Chinese-American holding company becoming the Vice President of Business Development. There he interacted with government officials, and indigenous populations while working with other Chinese and South American Companies, successfully opening two mining operations over the course of three years. Manuel is the VP of the Commercial Department, one of Manuel's strength is his Research & Analytical skills for finding the right investment or commercial property.
