Manfred W. Schaub is a Senior Director with The Capital Markets Group of Cushman & Wakefield in the Downtown Los Angeles office and a member of the Team led by Marc Renard. With fifteen years experience in the capital markets, his focus is to provide real estate transaction origination serving clients in the Western United States.
Mr. Schaub joined C&W in 1997 to provide transaction origination and advisory services to institutional clients. Additionally, his focus is to provide advisory and real estate investment banking services for Cushman & Wakefield’s private and corporate clientele. During his tenure, he has provided consulting and representation for institutions such as Carmel Partners, Mitsubishi, Metropolitan Life, Sumitomo, Basic Capital Management, and Cornerstone. Mr. Schaub is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara with a BA in Economics
