Maggie Holmes is a Managing Director for JLL's Investment Sales and Advisory Group. Holmes specializes in the disposition and capitalization of industrial assets throughout the United States and has closed more than $250 million in total transaction volume. Leveraging a diverse skillset and a relationship-based approach to effectively guide clients through optimal asset positioning and transactional efficiency, Holmes aims to maximize returns at both the property and portfolio level for her clients. Her clients include reputable merchant developers, institutional owners, shopping center developers, and family office firms. Prior to JLL, Holmes served over a decade at Northmarq, where she led a team specializing in single and multi-tenant net lease retail and industrial assets. Holmes began her career at Stan Johnson Company as an Analyst where she gained knowledge in financial analysis and property-level underwriting for a broad range of retail, office and industrial assets. Holmes holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Samford University.
