Current Responsibilities
As a member of JLL’s tenant representation team, Maggie is responsible for new business development, managing the transaction process, lease negotiations, performing financial analysis and providing market research. She brings strong analytical skills and works to develop the most strategic approach for clients.
Experience
Maggie has a financial background rooted in commercial lending and leasing. Prior to joining JLL, Maggie spent 3 years at Siemens Financial Services primarily as a credit underwriter and portfolio manager. Her financial and analytical background combined with her transaction experience brings a unique skillset to complex real estate deal execution.
Education and Affiliations
Maggie attended Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and received a Bachelor of Science in Finance. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Texas.
