Mack Freudenstein joined Stream Realty in 2020 and serves as Senior Vice President of Investment Sales and Office Leasing in the firm’s Atlanta Office. Mack will be responsible for all phases of the investment sales process, providing clients with underwriting and valuation services, due diligence and closing coordination. Mack will also assist clients with office leasing and asset management.
Mack’s career experience started on the principal side, which honed his skills in real estate analytics, asset management, leasing and acquisitions/dispositions. He served as the Chief Investment Officer for two privately held, institutional real estate funds focusing on value-add office opportunities throughout the Sunbelt. Prior to joining Stream, Mack was a member of of an investment sales team marketing office properties for disposition throughout the Southeast.
