Lynn Marcello is a Director at B6 Real Estate Advisors. In this role, Ms. Marcello structures and sources debt and equity on behalf of clients across the country. By serving as a liaison between clients and investors such as banks, insurance companies, debt funds, and JV equity groups, she works to structure a full capital stack solution. These structures include bridge, construction, and permanent loans along with various equity partnerships. In addition, Ms. Marcello works with the B6 investment sales team in the Queens territory to provide financing solutions to owners.
Ms. Marcello has worked in commercial real estate since 2008, most recently in Chicago with Alpha Capital CRE and Newmark Knight Frank in similar debt and structured finance roles. Lynn is well versed in the underwriting and financing of all asset types, including retail, office, industrial, multifamily, hospitality, and parking nationwide. Ms. Marcello earned both her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
