Lukas Rociunas-Englert is a NY licensed real estate salesperson and an associate at Capital Property Partners. He establishes relationships with investors to source investment opportunities and helps his clients in the disposition of their properties. Prior to joining CPP, Mr. Englert worked with two separate teams at the leading net lease brokerage firm Stan Johnson Company. Lukas developed a thorough understanding of the national net lease real estate market by assisting with market research, financial analysis, building portfolios, and creating offering memorandums. He is pursuing a B.S. in Finance from The Baruch College Zicklin School of Business and will graduate in 2016.
Lukas frequently supports non-profit service programs such as Sunday Supper, a bi-weekly soup kitchen, where he manages logistics. Lukas traveled to Haiti and worked with construction crews to help rebuild HôpitalSacré Coeur (HSC) in Milot, Haiti.
Mr. Englert enjoys the outdoors and frequently goes on camping trips. He also loves music, and sings in several different groups year round, including a Lithuanian folk music choir.
