As Vice President, Luis provides landlord representation and investment services for a wide range of commercial properties with a focus on retail, office, and industrial assets. Luis works closely with the brokerage team in all aspects of landlord representation as well as new business development and assists in the capitalization of investment real estate in Central and South Texas. He brings extensive market knowledge of the region and uses his deep understanding of current market conditions to best serve his clients in their investment strategies. Prior to joining Transwestern, Luis was a Research Analyst and served as a major player for Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s (NGKF) Regional Client Services team where he led research efforts for the company’s field offices of San Antonio and Austin.
