Luis Elorza is senior vice president/managing director, responsible for acquisitions, dispositions, opinions of value and market insights. His business background includes more than 25 years of investment banking, corporate finance and real estate experience, with a career-long focus on commercial real estate, either as a lender, investment banker, restructuring professional or broker.
Before joining NorthMarq, Luis served as Executive Director in Cushman & Wakefield's Capital Markets Group, where he focused on the firm's multifamily brokerage operations in southwest Florida, and closed more than $4.5 billion in multifamily transactions between 2005.and 2020.
Luis has held real estate and corporate finance positions at Citicorp, Bankers Trust, Ernst & Young and Merrill Lynch's Global Private Equity Division. At these firms, he managed a broad range of real estate and corporate finance assignments including mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending, restructuring, privatizations and valuations.
