About

Luis entered the commercial investment real estate industry in 2004 on the ownership and management side, where he assisted in analyzing and acquiring a portfolio of multifamily properties on behalf of a private investor based in South Florida. He was associated with Marcus & Millichap's Tampa office from July 2010-December 2020, specializing in multifamily housing. He is a graduate of the University of Tampa where he majored in finance, with a minor in Latin American studies. As an advocate of continuing education, Luis pursued his CCIM designation which is recognized as the most coveted and respected in the industry for commercial investment professionals.
