Lucas Vitollo is an investment sales associate specializing in mixed-use, multifamily and development site properties in the Midtown, Upper East Side, and Upper West Side. Lucas is part of a team that has executed more than 1 billion dollars of transaction volume in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Prior to joining BRG, Lucas interned at a real estate private equity firm that specialized in financing real estate development projects in the New York City metropolitan area. Lucas graduated from the University of Alabama in May 2020 with a major in economics and a minor in real estate. Along with being part of the institute of real estate management on campus Lucas was also involved in many philanthropic efforts such as the B+ foundation as well as Habitat for Humanity.
When he’s not involved in New York real estate Lucas spends his time exploring the city and exercising. Lucas is a passionate Alabama Football and New York Yankees Fan.
Lucas plans to one day buy a low market English football club in hopes of turning it into a premier league team.
