Mr. Hall joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2000 and has specialized in corporate account advisory since his inception at the firm. Mr. Hall’s multi-market/multi-asset expertise transcends The Chicago Metropolitan area into North America and overseas. After a five-year hiatus at Grubb & Ellis from June 2006- July 2011, Mr. Hall re-joined Cushman & Wakefield. Mr. Hall has transacted more than 25 million square feet of office, lab, and industrial leases for clients across a wide range of industries. In the lasts forty-eight months alone, Mr. Hall and his partner Dan Wilkins, have negotiated over 6.5M SF of Build-to-Suit projects and obtaining over $100M is incentives for their clients. Prior to entering commercial real estate, Mr. Hall was a former Full Member of the Chicago Board of Trade (1993-1999).
