Lonna represents local and national tenants with their commercial real estate assignments, including but not limited to new leases, renewals, extensions, restructures, subleases, dispositions and acquisitions. Her primary focus is on office tenant representation and portfolio management, where she has completed in excess of 1 million square feet in transactions. She has represented clients with international requirements in Europe and Canada. Lonna has an extensive financial analysis background and provides advisory services to local and national companies, including clients from the oil and gas, finance and insurance, legal, and medical industries.
