Lindsey deButts is a senior director with the DC Metro Mortgage Banking team as well as Berkadia’s national Hotels and Hospitality team. In this role, she is responsible for providing financing solutions to commercial real estate developers and owners throughout the United States. Lindsey has extensive knowledge and experience in originating, underwriting, structuring and closing a broad range of income-producing asset types including hospitality, multifamily, office, medical-office, retail, self-storage, and industrial/warehouse. In her career, Lindsey has assisted clients with securing over $2 billion in debt finance transactions representing several capital source executions including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Life Companies, CMBS, Debt Funds, and Banks.
