Lindsay Godard is a Senior Managing Director at Newmark, bringing over 13 years of experience in commercial real estate. Since joining Newmark in January 2025, Lindsay has leveraged her deep expertise in both tenant and agency representation to deliver strategic solutions for a broad range of clients. Prior to Newmark, Godard spent five years at WeWork, where she led the Tri-State real estate team through both rapid expansion and strategic restructuring, managing a portfolio of over 130 assets. Her leadership played a key role in navigating one of the most dynamic periods in the company’s history. Earlier in her career, Godard served as Assistant Vice President at Empire State Realty Trust where she oversaw the leasing and management of a 6 million-square-foot portfolio across New York. Known for her collaborative approach and deep market insight, Lindsay is a trusted advisor to companies and landlords alike. She began her career at CBRE, working on one of the top agency teams in New York.
