Located in Sacramento, within proximity to all of the major markets from the Bay Area to the Foothills, Libby focuses on the Northern California market for Province West. Prior to joining Province West, Libby enjoyed more than six years at Whittlesey Doyle, one of the most respected land brokerage firms in Southern California. While there, Libby gained invaluable experience as a Senior Land Advisor, developing and executing transactional strategies specifically tailored towards the unique requirements of property owners, investors, developers, homebuilders, and financial institutions. Libby began her real estate career as an Associate in the office properties group of Colliers International, operating out of their Reno, Nevada office. While there, she leased more than 400,000 square feet of office space and facilitated the purchase and sale of several office buildings. A professional snowboarder before transitioning into the real estate industry, Libby earned a Bachelor’s degree in history and a minor in business administration from UCLA. Libby currently lives in Sacramento with her husband Josh and their son’s Hank and William.
