Liam Ogburn joined Newmark in 2019 and currently is a member on Kevin Shannon’s institutional investment sales team. While Team Shannon is active in every major West Coast market, Liam specializes in Orange County and San Diego office and life-science assets, providing clients with strategic guidance through every phase of the sales process.
As a part of Team Shannon, Liam has, in tandem with the greater team, advised on more than $4BB worth of commercial real estate and has served an integral role in the disposition of more than 20 assets with a combined value in excess of $700MM.
Liam graduated from California Lutheran University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management.
