Lexi Koerber is an Associate on CBRE's Debt & Structured Finance team, focusing on debt placement for all asset classes of commercial real estate, specializing in multifamily and industrial properties in the Southeast. Lexi is also completing CBRE's Capital Markets Associate Program, which offers training and mentorship from top professionals in the industry. The team provides debt advisory services to meet the financing needs of the full spectrum of commercial real estate investors from individual borrowers and middle market owners to large institutional entities. Before joining CBRE, Lexi gained experience in retail, industrial, and office leasing while completing her MBA with a specialization in Business Analytics.
