Leslie grew up in northern Rhode Island and spent childhood summers on Bonnet Shores Beach in Narragansett. After graduation from Smith College, she spent much of her professional career in Boston, DC and Chicago where she held a variety of senior marketing positions for luxury hotels including Westin and Marriott. Prior to making the leap into real estate, Leslie was Sr. VP of Marketing for the Greater Boston Convention & Visitors Bureau. After moving to Newport, Leslie joined the family brokerage as marketing manager. A year later, she began selling, and 18 months after shifting from marketing to sales, Leslie outpaced 50 of her peers to become the company's top producing agent.
