Leo Ghitis is a commercial real estate investor with a distinguished career. He started Ghitis Property Company (predecessor to GPC Partners) in 1991 after a career at Trammel Crow Company. He later partnered with his grandfather Isaac Gilinski and Jonathan Ghitis to create GPC Partners. Ghitis is also the CEO and Co-Founder of Nayara Resorts. He has developed luxury hotels in Costa Rica and the Caribbean, focusing on sustainability and unique locations.
