About
Lenard Williams was born in Broward County, Florida and lived in Deerfield Beach, FL during his formative years. As Senior Associate, on the investment sales team, he is responsible for financial underwriting, property valuations, proposal and marketing preparation, market studies, and due diligence. He began his career nearly ten years ago as an acquisitions analyst for a development and real estate investment company where he was responsible for analyzing and valuing all retail investment opportunities prior to his role as a senior financial analyst for a boutique investment sales firm before joining TSCG in 2012. A graduate of Florida State University, with a degree in Finance, Lenard has been an active member of ICSC.
