About
Ms. Lyons is the Senior Vice President of Leasing for Urban Edge Properties. Prior to the spin-off of Urban Edge Properties from Vornado Realty Trust in 2015, Ms. Lyons was Senior Vice President at Vornado Realty Trust since 2002. She was responsible for overseeing the leasing of the company’s development projects and existing retail portfolio. Prior to joining Vornado Realty Trust, Ms. Lyons was at Hartz Mountain Industries for over 17 years and focused on retail leasing and property management. She achieved complete occupancy of two residential properties for Hartz Mountain Industries, The Top in Maplewood, NJ and Independence Harbor in Edgewater, NJ. Ms. Lyons studied at Stockton University and began her career in real estate with Weichert Realtors in 1980.
