Lea earned the prestigious CCIM designation (2006) and is a repeated Pinnacle Award recipient recognizing top-producing CRE brokers in the Memphis MSA. Professional memberships include ULI, the Board of Directors for the local Commercial Council, and serving as the inaugural Chairperson for the Young Brokers Association (MYBA). Lea earned her Master''s Degree from the University of Mainz in Germany.
