After spending over 30 years facilitating transactions, representing and advising investors, Lawrence has completed over $250,000,000 in transactions and leads an Urban Mixed-Use team in Philadelphia. Lawrence recently completed a record setting transaction in Philadelphia on price per square foot.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Lawrence worked as Broker Associate for eight years at a regional brokerage as well as developed and managed commercial real estate. Lawrence holds a B.A. from Rutgers University and is an active member, and ambassador of The Union League of Philadelphia.
In his free time, Lawrence enjoys vintage, classic, and sports cars, fine dining, cooking, the arts, and spectator sports.
