Lauria has been in the commercial real estate business for more than 25 years. She concentrates on assisting and advising clients with local, regional, national and global real estate. She assists corporate clients with new leases, renewals, relocations and lease dispositions.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ), Lauria was a Vice President at Cassidy Turley and Leasing Director at Equity Office Properties. She was responsible for assisting landlords and tenants with all their real estate needs. She was also responsible for leasing and marketing over 2,000,000 square feet of Equity’s Boston-area portfolio.
