Ms. Smyle has 10+ years of experience in securing debt and equity for the acquisition, development, and refinance of commercial real estate across the US with over half a billion in successfully completed transactions in her career. Her expertise includes permanent financing as well as heavy execution bridge and construction debt across all major asset classes. Before joining Colliers, Ms. Smyle originated bridge debt for family offices and debt funds nationwide, focusing largely on assisting sponsors with value-add transactions and expedited-close acquisitions inclusive of both traditional and specialty property types. Having served as a debt and equity provider across both banking and debt fund platforms for a large part of her career in the commercial real estate industry, Ms. Smyle’s diverse lending background allows her to expertly navigate her clients through the Lender process to ensure their success. Previous companies include Axos Bank (formerly BofI), Columbia Pacific Advisors, and Baseline Partners.
