Lauren is a Vice President with JLL’s Landlord Leasing Group in Dallas, where she is responsible for strategic positioning, marketing, and lease up execution of commercial office properties throughout the metroplex. Current and former clients include: Kaizen Development Partners, Franklin Street Properties, Brookwood Financial, Lionstone Investments, Koa Partners, GE Capital, iStar, Medici Development, Long Wharf Capital, Crescent Real Estate, Foundry Commercial, Austin Industries, Spear Street Capital, and Preferred RE.
Experience
Lauren has been a licensed real estate professional for 12 years. Prior to joining JLL, Lauren was a Vice President with Peloton Commercial Real Estate. She spent some time in the Fort Worth industrial market as an associate with NAI Robert Lynn, and worked as a property management and real estate associate at Innovative Developers Inc., also based in Fort Worth.
