Lauren Maehler manages commercial real estate loan closings from intake through post-closing for self storage and commercial properties throughout the U.S. Lauren brings over 17 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Talonvest, Lauren was an Associate at Buchanan Street Partners where she collected due diligence and closed debt investments on behalf of Buchanan Mortgage Holdings. Lauren received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from California State University, Fullerton. She is a licensed real estate salesperson and licensed notary public. Lauren is also a graduate of the NAIOP Young Professionals Group (YPG) program.
