Lauren Dawicki is the Director for CBRE’s National Partners Northeast team. She has over 13 years of experience in commercial real estate specializing in valuation and disposition of investment properties. Lauren works directly with clients, brokers, internal analytical and design team members, and external consultants/vendors to facilitate proposals, marketing materials, financial analysis, and transaction management through close of escrow. Since joining CBRE in 2016, Lauren has spearheaded the transactions from the RFP process through closing for more than $4.7 billion of logistics and land dispositions, totaling approximately 57.1 million square feet.
