My expertise is centered around multifamily lending, and particularly agency executions, having closed ~$3.5B in agency financing since I began my career in Capital Markets 9 years ago. I believe every deal requires strict attention to detail and a personal touch to ensure a smooth and seamless execution. That’s what I strive to provide to our clients on every transaction. Prior to my career in capital markets I was on the principal side with an owner-operator based in Omaha, NE – Haley Associates or Haley Residential as they’re called today. I joined Haley immediately after graduating from A&M in May of 2007. Despite the headwinds from the financial crisis, we were able to add 3,500 units to the portfolio, the majority of which were Class A & B garden-style assets in tertiary, mid-west, markets before the height of the financial crisis.
