Larry Dickstein co-founded Land Partners, LLC in 1997. Dickstein began his land and real estate career in 1985 as an Associate with Barry Mogul and Associates, and later was promoted to partner at the firm. He worked with Mogul until 1997, when he, along with David Loeb opened the doors of Land Partners. Since starting in the land business, Larry has negotiated the purchase and sale of thousands of acres of land for the major builders and developers in the Greater Chicagoland area. With his expertise and knowledge of the market, he has helped determine the prices and types of product that each market can support. Larry has worked as a broker for many real estate developers and understands how to “get the deals done,” forming lasting working relationships with bankers who look to him for his perspective in the always changing real estate markets.
