A native-born Floridian, Lane recently returned to Southwest Florida after several decades of residence in Australia.
In 1997 Lane founded a publishing company which launched what was to become Australia’s highest-selling real estate magazine. More recently he founded a real estate brokerage in Australia which became very successful.
As the CEO of two real-estate-related businesses for the past 20 years, Lane has developed finely-honed negotiation skills which allow him to deliver outstanding results for his clients (sellers or buyers) in even the most complex transactions.
During his time in Australia Lane was a direct investor in SW Florida real estate and spent time in SW Florida every year. In his current role as a broker at CPSWFL Lane specializes in Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Hendry, Glades and DeSoto Counties. He has a passion for commercial property of all types, with a particular interest in industrial property and land brokerage.
