Lance Washington is a native of Los Angeles, born and raised in the Santa Monica area. In 2010 Mr. Washington co-managed a real estate portfolio with $400 million in assets under management throughout the United States for Califco LLC now Calitex LLC. In 2011, Lance co-founded InnovativEndeavor, LLC, a real estate sales, acquisition, and management company based out of Los Angeles that was then contracted by Hilton & Hyland, Christie’s International Real Estate, one of the most prestigious brokerages in the world. Mr. Washington then co-founded Mar Vista Partners in 2013 when he noticed an under serviced niche market with untapped growth potential. Mr. Washington specifically helps oversee relationship management, deal sourcing, M&A's, real estate sales and acquisitions. He graduated with a Business and Hospitality management degree from California State University, Northridge in 2007.
