Lance joined SquareFoot’s New York team in 2022 as an Executive Managing Director, bringing 13 years of commercial real estate experience with him. Before joining SquareFoot, he worked as a Senior Managing Director at Savills Studley (now known as Savills) and ran the company’s junior broker training program. To date, he has worked on nearly 3 million square feet of tenant representation transactions and is an expert in developing complex corporate real estate strategies and portfolios for NYC-based, national, and international clients. Lance specializes in representing financial services firms in commercial lease transactions. In 2010, Lance created hedgefundspaces.com, a website dedicated to helping the financial services community with its office space needs. Having represented over 250 tenants, Lance is intimately familiar with the technology, infrastructure, and space needs of companies at all stages.
