Born and raised in Newport, Lahna grew up splitting time between her childhood home on vibrant Thames Street and Greenwich Village, Manhattan. Before becoming a real estate agent, she refined her talent for listening and gathering insights through both her work in broadcast journalism in NYC, and later as a co-owner of women’s boutiques in Newport. In her spare time, Lahna manages her family’s residential and commercial properties in Newport and Manhattan, which gives her a unique perspective into investor clients' needs. Lahna is an active part of the Newport community. She is an advocate for children with disabilities, and serves as the chair of the Newport Public Schools Special Education Local Advisory Committee. She also volunteers with Mentor RI, and serves on the Parents Association Board at St. Michael’s Country Day School, where she is also a Parent Ambassador.
