Kyle serves as the First Vice President of the Institutional Multifamily Investment Service’s Northwest team based in Seattle, Washington. With nearly 10 years of experience specializing in apartment and residential land sales, he has extensive experience in land development opportunities as well as supporting complex underwriting analysis. During his tenure, he has facilitated the transaction of over $7.7 billion in sales.
Kyle has been a commercial real estate professional since 2011, and previously spent time at Amazon, JLL, Prudential Northwest Realty and Marcus & Millichap. This broad experience and perspective has served him well in his dedication and commitment to securing the best possible value and deals for his clients.
Since Kyle joined CBRE’s Multifamily Pacific Northwest team in 2014, he has been involved in over 87 transactions, totaling over $5,064,843,500 in multifamily existing and land sales.
