Kyle is a managing director in the Austin office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joins JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 13 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. He is primarily responsible for originating debt and equity transactions throughout Texas and the southern United States. During the course of his career, Kyle has completed in excess of $3 billion in real estate transactions. Kyle joined the firm in February 2016. Before that, he was an associate at Texas Realty Capital where he was the top producer companywide for production volume in 2014 and 2015.
