As a First Vice President with the Corporate Capital Markets team in Chicago, Kyle advises private equity sponsors, corporate clients, and institutional investors in a variety of real estate capital markets transactions including sale leasebacks, acquisitions, and build-to-suits. Kyle is involved in all aspects of the advisory process, including the decision making analytics process, deal structuring and strategy, marketing, due diligence, lease accounting advisory, and closing. In an effort to ensure all transactions make economic and operational sense for his corporate clients, Kyle capitalizes on his strong analytical background and experiences to help clients understand the cash flow, EBITDA, earnings, and balance sheet implications of any given transaction. Kyle is well-versed in sale leasebacks, headquarter relocations, acquisitions, synthetic leases, net lease investment sales and financings.
