Kyle Pinkalla is the Managing Director of investment sales in Southern California and is located in the San Diego office. His expertise in multiple facets of the multifamily sector—with more than 18 years of experience in investment sales, development, acquisitions, and on-site management—has established him as one of the top-producing brokers in Southern California.
Kyle has been involved in more than $3 billion in investment sales transactions that have included, institutional, private-client, core, value-add, and land developments sites throughout all major Southern California markets. Prior to investment sales, he was part of a development team for the Morgan Group, a national developer of Class A apartments. His experience also includes on-site multifamily management at Fairfield Residential throughout multiple San Diego County properties.
Kyle received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Marquette University. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker - CA BRE License #01423806.
