Kyle is currently a Senior Vice President with JLL focusing on industrial leasing and sales. He is responsible for both landlord and tenant representation of industrial clients, as well as market research, financial analysis, and asset valuation. He provides a high level of service to his clients in Central Texas by maintaining a thorough understanding of the industrial market and a specific understanding of the changing needs of industrial users. Kyle’s career in commercial real estate started in 2016. Before moving into brokerage, he served the role of Analyst where he was responsible for market research for office, industrial, and retail property types, valuations of properties, implementing and developing technological tools as well as advising outside investors and developers about the San Antonio and South Texas markets. Prior to joining JLL, Kyle worked for a mineral partnership where he managed assets including oil and gas surface and mineral rights, pipeline corridors, salt domes, natural gas storage facilities, and real estate.
