Kyle Massie serves as Development Manager at Stonemont Financial Group. He joined the firm in 2025 and brings over a decade of experience in construction management. Kyle is actively involved in managing development of build-to-suit and speculative industrial projects in the Florida markets.
Prior to Stonemont, Kyle was a Project Manager at ARCO/Murray in Tampa, Florida, where he led the full lifecycle of industrial and commercial projects across the Southeast. His work included site planning, budgeting, value engineering, and managing multidisciplinary teams from concept through construction. Kyle specialized in design/build execution, collaborating closely with owners, architects, and engineers to deliver turnkey solutions.
Kyle earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida State University in 2013. He lives in Tampa with his wife, Sarah, their newborn son, and their American Foxhound mix rescue, Bolt. Outside of work, Kyle enjoys staying active, coaching youth ice hockey, traveling, hiking, and skiing.
