Kyle Harding is a Managing Director in JLL’s Integrated Portfolio Services (IPS) group. He has 15 years of experience advising corporate clients on strategic real estate planning to deliver scalable, flexible solutions and significant cost savings/avoidance. Kyle is responsible for a broad range of transaction types including strategic planning for site-specific or portfolio-wide assignments; lease renewals, restructures, dispositions and relocations; build-to-suits for lease and purchase, and sale-leasebacks. Additionally, Kyle is a co-leader of JLL’s Contact Center Solutions practice group, which provides technology and consultation for third-party and corporate contact center requirements including location strategy, site selection, transaction management and construction.
