Moreover, Mr. Gulock provides a full range of investment advisory services to his clients, from high net worth individuals to institutional investors, developers, and capital groups. Prior to joining Pegasus Investments, Mr. Gulock had been involved in numerous significant transactions at Kidder Mathews and Charles Dunn Company, including the sale of a 50,000 square foot office building located in Los Angeles, and net leased by 20th Century Fox, and a full city block in Beverly Hills currently being utilized as a retail property and is slated for future redevelopment. Further, Mr. Gulock has represented a former owner/operator of 110+ single tenant Wendys award in 2014.
