Kyle Fisher is an Associate with CBRE’s Jacksonville office specializing in the industrial market. His focus is on advising industrial clients with both acquisitions and disposition of industrial space through sales and leasing, along with assisting in industrial investments throughout the North Florida markets. Mr. Fisher applies CBRE proprietary technology and research tools to market properties for maximum exposure and to easily navigate difficult deals to a seamless close. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Fisher was at Franklin Street where he specialized in retail landlord representation for clients across the North Florida market. Before entering commercial real estate, he played professional soccer for the Montreal Impact of Major League Soccer. Kyle earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management at Clemson University and was also a member of the men’s soccer team.
