Kyle joined JLL in March of 2010 as part of the team responsible for launching the firm’s Long Island office. He currently works with corporate clients on Long Island and in the New York City outer borough of Queens to evaluate existing and future real estate requirements with an eye towards cost containment and site selection/analysis. Kyle oversees the handling of a wide variety of both Landlord and Tenant representation assignments, providing insight and experience to many corporate clients. Over his thirteen-year career, Kyle has worked with a diverse pool of tenants across a wide variety of sectors, ranging from financial services, insurance, legal services, and healthcare. Kyle graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a bachelor of arts in Business Administration. He is an active member of the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island and the Long Island Real Estate Group. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, exercising, and spending time with his family.
