Kristina is a proven leader in commercial real estate specializing in the leasing and sales of industrial buildings and land sites. She has extensive national and international experience providing site selection, labor analytical analysis, financial modeling (in various currencies), and transaction management in countries throughout the Americas, EMEA, Asia and Africa. Kristina has experience leading teams of transaction managers who have successfully executed over 200 lease/sale transactions per year while managing a portfolio of over 300 existing locations. Kristina's partnerships with landlords, capital providers, land owners, and corporate clients have enables her to provide deep industry expertise. Prior to joining KBC Advisors, Kristina began her career at Cushman & Wakefield where she represented a number of large corporate tenants and institutional landlords.
