Kristen McFarland joined CBRE in June 2015 and is an Associate on the Investment Property – Office & Industrial Team for the Tampa Office. The Tampa team focuses on office & industrial properties in greater Tampa Bay and West Coast of Florida markets. Kristen has the backing of her Institutional team, but her main focus is the middle- market private clients.
Prior to joining CBRE, Kristen worked as a commercial portfolio manager / senior credit analyst in the Tampa Bay market. She also brings strong financial and analytical skills through her prior experience in mergers & acquisitions for Xerox and as an audit associate for KPMG. Kristen earned her MBA and bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Accounting from Baldwin Wallace University.
