Kristen is a creative office specialist with more than 7 years’ of experience representing owners and tenants across the Lower Westside and South Bay markets. She represents both institutional and entrepreneurial tenants and landlords and she has leased over 4 MM square feet in transactions. Focusing her primarily agency practice on creative related repositionings, Kristen represents a variety of creative office adaptive reuse projects and buildings of historical significance. Kristen’s clients include Starwood Capital, Worthe Real Estate Group, Walton Street Capital, DivcoWest, and Montana Avenue Capital Partners. Kristen holds a B.S. from the School of Architecture in City and Regional Planning at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, which has cultivated her love of architecture and design. Kristen was a 2018 CoStar Power Broker of the Year and serves on the leadership committee of JLL’s Women’s Initiative Group
